very very big problem

Dear friends I have one table having columns date and serial no. I want to generate sr no when date changes.its datatypes are datetime and int in sql server. and i am sending parameter through date time picker

Mayur Typing such a subject line is not acceptable. Next time please take care. Set sr no as Primary Key. Set as IsIndentity to Yes Set Indentityincrement by 1

I dont understand what's so big here it's a simple operation. Whenever the date changes appropriate event would be raised hence in the event handler increment the serial number and later update it to the database.
