Veryfy web form details with Digital Signature in ASP .NET

I need to create one form which collects some information from member and need to give option to certify data with member's digital signature. Kindly suggest how I can move ahead to give option to verify data with member's digital signature.

Thanks Delpin  the link you mentioned is to digital sign pdf document but I am looking for option or mechanism to verify form data with digital signature like submitting IT Return in india with Digital Sign.
