View Relationships Between Table

Hi friends I want to know how to view relationships between table. Please explain it with example. Thank you.

Hi If you want to know the relationship between the tables in sql server then you can use the ER diagram in the solution explorer. It will generate the diagram with entire relationship among the tables. If you want to know in the query window then Try this.. SELECT name ColumnName OBJECT_NAME(c.object_ID) AS TableName FROM sys.columns c WHERE name IN ( SELECT name FROM sys.columns GROUP BY name having count(name) > 1 ) ORDER BY Name if you want to know the relationship for a particular table then The sp_helpconstraint stored procedure will give you this information. Just pass it the name of the table: sp_helpconstraint 'table_name'
