Viewing remote desktop

how can i view remote desktop. i want that when i click a button than i should be able to view someones desktop whose ip i am giving. i want a web application in c# for this

no we are not using any specific software but if specific software gives solution than it can be embedded no problem in that. is such software available????

basically my requirement is that someone is playing some video on his laptop/ desktop and i can see that through my laptop. i dont want to give myself access to the remote desktop just want that i should be able to view remote desktop(mainly that video)

If you need to be able to see the desktop change and see every change then that would be complicated. If you need to be able to interact with the remote desktop then that will require advanced knowledge of how Windows works and will require a minimum of a few months to develop. There are a few software applications you can purchase or use non-commercially but I is essentially impossible to write it yourself.
