visual studio installation

HiI had taken visual studio 10.0 through pendrive I tried to install while installing it through an error error encountered while loading setup components.Please suggest me how t install?am usian windows 8.1 64 bit.

it is showing the error that visual studio cnt be opened retry or cancel if i retry it shows error loading setup components
