Visual Studio not re-opening solutions

Question

I've got a problem with Visual Studio.NET. Many times Visual Studio won't allow me to re-open a solution I've been working on when I start Visual Studio. I'll get the little revolving icon showing that it's connecting to the web server, but it just keeps going and the solution doesn't open. This happens quite frequently and is getting very frustrating. I've rerun the installation for Visual Studio and tried to repair the installation...no luck...same thing. Has this happened to anyone else or am I the only "lucky" guy? Any ideas on how to fix? Thanks.

I couldnt find any information regarding the parameter 'int value' from the WSDL.
But it is there in the XSD getting generated when we add service refrence in the asp.net client application.

WSDL contains wsdl types or most commonly xml types rather than specific technology types (.net) and these can be substituted by relevant technology types from which its beinf consumed..
