Visual Web Developer setup download

hi all Can anyone tell me whether visual web developer is freeware and if it is then where can i find 'OFFLINE' setup for this tool? I could only find online setup which requires internet connection. Thanks in advance.

sorry dude I was browsing this site just now. Thats why I higlighted 'OFFLINE' if you go and click offline tab you'll not find 'Visual Web Developer' and 'I DON'T WANT WEB INSTALL'. I know you won't read it carefully but still my friend read it carefully. Even if you select 'Do you like this answer' now you won't get any money or valuable points for it.. so you tell me should I check it?
