VoiceXML is designed to provide a Voice User Interface to a voice browser. It is the W3C's standard voice dialog markup language. For your question  Whether VoiceXML is fully supported by the Voice Browser?  I think VoiceXML is like what HTML is for the visual browsers so must be fully supported by the Voice Browser.
