You need to use one of the two classes: System.Speech.RecognitionSpeechRecognizer or System.Speech.RecognitionSpeechRecognitionEngine  see http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.speech.recognition.aspx . Using speech recognition is fairly simple; you will find some good code samples.
