VS 2010 C# Creating First Stored Precedure

Question

In 2010 how to create a simple stored procedure. I do not see the stored procedure folder in 2010,like they have in 2005 and 2008.

Can someone assist me, and also point me to a good site creating stored procedures

Nevermind mdf is a service based database I have to re install sql 2008 on my computer.

I am using sdf i cant remember how to get to mdf instead. I have being using access to much. now i am using sql database. also can you point in the direction of creating a simple store procedure. I have the foundation or knowledege creating basic queries. I want to start using stored procedures. so that way i can call the procedure directly

What type of database? You know I have 2010 and for me databases with a sdf extension don't have a Stored Procedures folder but the one with a dbo extension does. So I don't think the difference is 2010.
