Hi I think VS 2010 is discontinued by microsoft. so you cannot download it from the microsoft official site. and it is very risky to download it from hacked sites. I recommanded to use advanced version of VS https://www.visualstudio.com/en-us/products/visual-studio-express-vs.aspx
