Well I used "Visual C# .NET by Joyce Farrell" book to develop my C# knowledge. This book is an old one (2002 edition) but many things are there that the beginners can learn. Still I am using this book but my profession is not programming for the sake of interest I learned programming.

In my view this book may be out of stock but still you can try for used one.

And there is a good online course as well. You have to pay for that. Link is:
