Want to be good programmer

Hello!! I am palak Parmar.I am working in asp.net C#.i want to be good developer and clear my logics.I am not getting good jobs only because my logics are not clear.How can i be good developer??Plz someone help me..

Well i would suggest you to study via book which has proper and detailed way of teaching any thing. Logic is something which can be learned for example. Write an algorithm to reverse a string. I am sure you know what it expected but to know all possible options and thinking through requires awareness of that technology/language. So when you learn the core fundamentals of the language / technology then you are open to various options and that triggers your logical thinking. Just keep up with learning practicing and thinking.
