Want to develop Ad Blocker in .net

Hi I want to develop ad blocker in .net. But i do not have any idea about it how i am develop this in C#.net. If any one have an idea about this plz share with me i it important for me.

thanks for your help but this is not for ad blocking these links only explain about site blocking not for add blocking and this explain only window based site blocking only but i want browser based ad blocking for every chrome browser.
