Want to Draw circle and divided that circle 108 Part

Question

I completed up to following stage.

1. I Draw a circle, Divided that circle in 12 part i.e. A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K,
L.  (Want different color)
2. Also divide that 12 part in to another 9 Part i.e. A1,A2,A3,A4,A5,A6,A7,A8,
A9.......L9

Now I want help for all the 12 part I want different color. Another help I
want If I give parameter eg, A5 it should allow to write text in that part
only and if i click in A5 i want to open text file (A5.txt). I useed
GraphicsPath and Region but I am not able to figure out.

Please help me as this C# is new for me.
