Want to implement scan an image and upload in asp.net code

Hi Pradeep Please reply on tabrezajaz@gmail.com. If you find a way to develope a scanning document applicaiton in .NET using C#. I also want to create an .dll for this purpose from scratch I don't want to use third party dll files.
