Want to store multilangauage in database

Question

hi...
I want to store Multilanguage like Marathi, Hindi, Urdu etc in the database.
when I store these languages, in the Database it shows ????????????????..
I have given the datatype as Nvarchar(MAX).
plzzzz help...

Well I am working in C# Visual studio 2010 and sql server 2008 I have a html Text Editor in which i copy paste language like Marathi like ( ?????? ?? ??? ???? ???????? ) But when i check into my Database sql server 2008 the Text in it appers like ????????????????????? this.. what is the solution to this prob..
