Want to store multilangauage in database

  hi...
  I want to store  Multilanguage like Marathi, Hindi, Urdu etc in the database.
  when I store these languages, in the Database it shows ????????????????..
  I have given the datatype as Nvarchar(MAX).
plzzzz help...
