Want to switch to big companies

Question

I am working in a small company for the last one year in .Net.I know .Net Mvc Sql JQuery & Ajax. Now i want to switch to big companies because my salary is very poor here. Please suggest me what should i do now. Thank you!

Prepare mvc,asp.net sql,web services start giving interview.,<2 year exp u wil get less calls.so prepare well before giving interview.

Hi Abhirup, In my point of view atleast you should complete 3 years of experience in IT field. Before moving with any big Companies you should aware of all the technologies because the most of the IT companies are outsourcing their employees. They will give you more interviews in client side but if you are not able to clear those interviews then it will create a negative impact on your career. Without a project you are sitting in a bench like continues 3 or 4 month then company will terminate you!. Be Confidence before going any company in IT Industry !! Learn all Technologies !!
