warning message Could not Copy... As i debug the project

hello friends!!

  

tell me a solution for this errror

 

As soon as when i try build my project unexpectedly  even without any syntax errors it is still showing this following error

 

Warning 2 Could not copy "obj\Debug\TMSRU.exe" to "bin\Debug\SampleProject.exe". Beginning retry 2 in 1000ms. The process cannot access the file 'bin\Debug\SampleProject.exe' because it is being used by another process. SampleProject 

 

 

 for this error i have google it for solution from few blogs i got to know that visual as locked the project from executing it....then i changed the debug mode setting from debug to release then the project started as working normally without showing any errors ... now ,my question is how to get rid of this error permanently is there any  alternate solution.. for this.. please tell me
