WCF and WebSphere MQ 7.0.1.3

Hi,
I have an WCF service hosted on an Windows application.
I have WebSphere MQ 7.0.1.3 version installed on my app server(WCF is also on the same server). I want my WCF to cummunicate to WebSphere MQ.
I have googled and found that I need to use WebSphere MQ custom channel for WCF.
I need to use the IBM.XMS.WCF.dll
Whatever code samples I have got, they all are invoking the WCF from an console window but in my case, my WCF is being hosted on windows application.

If someone can give me the links of sample code replicating my senario would be great.
