WCF - How to choose the right binding and contracts?

Question

I am new to WCF and having trouble in choosing the right service contract and binding for my web service based for the request and response protocol data provided by Microsoft for the Windows Phone 8 Enterprise device Management Discovery Web Server. I could not find any solutions on the web for this scenario.
