WCF service project selection

Question

I am new in WCF so to create a WCF service which one i will select WCF service library or WCF service application? And what is a difference between them?Please help me.

To the best of my knowledge if you are absolutely sure that you are going to host WCF in IIS then choose WCF Service Application. Otherwise for the hosting neutral WCF project choose WCF Service Library.
