WEB api in intensive load business applications

Question

I am in process of implementing a windows application that should consume services. However, i am wondering about the capabilties of the  HTTP protocol to handle such complex operation and massive data transfer.

 

What be the correct choice and how to overcome and avoid any bottlenecks if they exists?

These links are checked by me . They are say uninstall Silver light SDK 2 but i am use silverlight SDK 3.
But here no solved any forum at last problem still end of discussion on forum.
i check it on asp.net forum and silver light site
