Is it possible to add more than one Web config. in our project?

Ya.. you can have more than one web.config. The root level web config file is default config file. Every folder can have only one web.config file. The inner level web.config file will take the precedence to use that level. If it is not found then it will find the outer level. The variable set the in the root level can be overriden in the folder level. When the asp.net pages use that variable then it will try to use with that folder web config file.
