Web development in asp.net 4.0 using c#

I will develop a website for tutorial of languages(cc++dsa c# etc). So please tell me which type of website(static/dynamic)is good for user ?

heyy.. start with static website first and then if the popularity graph of ur website increases then go for dynamic website and well designed. for making it dynamic u can use- - A web forum - User Comment box - Better user interaction - Attractive and well designed - A query page for users (and let user decide what they want to see on ur website it will make ur website popular as well as make it's content better too.) :) :)
