Good Morning friends Anyone can give an idea that how to create Web Tv / live video stream for any website. i have no idea what is it or how do start.... Please help...

Usually a web-based stream is used to provide the live telecast of the programme being shown to the users. You can look into streams for your own language or platform. Streams can be passed to the users asynchronously to allow them to view the content telecasting right now. On the client-side you would use a video tag or some other sort of media control to view the content. Note : Converting the stream to video or audio is required.
