is there any other feature in ASP.NET that I use instead of using cookies or not? Yes. There are few options available. Client side options: 1. Hidden Fields 2. Query String Server side options: 1. Session 2. viewstate Hope this helps!

Cookie is one type of Client side state management. It is faster than Server side state management(Session Application) but it leaks security.
