What happens if Page_Load method is removed in aspx.cs page?

How page get loaded without handling event like Initload UnLoad in my aspx.cs page?

Each web control has a number of events that can occur and many events will be fired during an application's lifetime. If you don't handle those events then they are simply ignored - nothing happens and no exception is thrown.

It's just a method which handles the Page's Load event which means we are handling Page's Load event in page. if we not going to handle this event who is going to handle this event? why its not throwing an error?

If you've no code in it then removing the Page_Load handler should have no effect. It's just a method which handles the Page's Load event and whilst you'd usually have code in there (which is why VS adds it by default) it's not essential.
