What is difference between cloud computing vs web hosting se

Question

Dear Please I am not getting clear concept of difference between cloud computing and web hosting server. we can also store data app database etc. also on web hosting then why cloud computing?

Some cloud computing definitions from the internet: wikipedia:  Cloud computing is a type of Internet-based computing that provides shared computer processing resources and data to computers and other devices on demand IBM: Cloud computing often referred to as simply “the cloud” is the delivery of on-demand computing resources—everything from applications to data centers—over the internet on a pay-for-use basis. Microsoft: Cloud computing is the delivery of computing services—servers storage databases networking software analytics and more—over the Internet (“the cloud”). With cloud computing you do not need to upfront purchase any server and maintain it on your own like in case of your own server. Also you can increase or decrease the resources like CPU core RAM disk space etc. on demand which is not possible in case of a hosting server. Cloud computing is a very vast field but some of the basic explanation is given above. On-demand pay-per-use basis global scale disaster management etc. are some of the many things which seperates cloud computing from a hosted server. I suggest you to google it and read on MSDN or wiki.
