what is difference between menuItem and Contextmenu?

Hi all i am bit confuse about menuItem and Contextmenu.Plz anybody tell what is diffidence and similarity in this???

A MenuItem repesents an item that can be selected within a Menu and which can itself have sub-menus. Athough both inherit from MenuBase a ContextMenu differs from a Menu in that it provides pop-up menu functionality specific to the context of a control when you right click on it. In contrast a Menu is a 'stand alone' hierarchical menu system which is not related to another control in this way.

Dear Menu is for Selection or any Operation But Contex Menu use For Property COntex Mnu Display on Right Click it can set any control for Property if you want to use contex menu so drag drop control and set property that control is contextMenu=ContexMenu1 when you right click on that control contexmenu will display
