What is relation between Class and Object

Question

Hi can any one tell me what is difference between class and object  and i can say...? class is the difination of object or class is the decripation of object what object is actual and what it can do with data...?

Hi Smart Class is a definition while object is an instance of the class created. Class is a blue print while objects are actual objects existing in real world. A Class is a concept but object is its practical behavior. Like Human being is a class (concept) & me you Steve Jobs Bill Gates are instance (Object Practical behavior) of that class. Another Example we have class CAR which has attributes and methods like Speed Brakes and Type of Car etc. Class CAR is just a prototype now we can create real time objects which can be used to provide functionality. Example we can create a GT100 car object with 100 km speed and urgent brakes. A class is a blueprint from which instances of that class can be constructed. Instances are also known as objects and in .NET are always stored in an area of memory known as the managed heap. A variable of the class's type contains a reference (i.e. a pointer) to where an object of that type is stored on the heap. If the variable doesn't currently point to an object then it contains null (i.e. a null pointer) instead. When there are no longer any references to an object then it is destroyed automatically by the garbage collector and the memory it was occupying is released back to the system. An object always consists of some overhead (8 bytes on a 32 bit system or 16 bytes on a 64 bit system) plus the memory needed to store the class's fields.
