If you mean that you need to compare two copies of the same image and see if there are any differences between them the details depend on the compression criteria you want to apply (size color etc.). For example you can use a programming toolkit that supports loading different type of images and provides image processing functions to help you with the comparison part. Hi Saber As per my knowledge any digital photo file contains useful metadata. Some of this is contained as EXIF data which you can look at by using Firefox EXIF viewer add-on . The EXIF data will tell you things such as the type of camera that took the photo and it can also sometimes reveal the last piece of software used to save the image. When you edit a photo in software it may make further modifications to the EXIF. Thank you
