Deploying an application includes installing. Developers might need to write scripts to configure a web site. At some later stage the web site administrator might need to change the settings of the web site or the Application. Web server on which the site has been deployed to enhance the performance of the site. However if the change involves adding values into the code it becomes very difficult for both the developer and the admiistrator to reconfigure the application. ASP.Net provides a rich and flexible configuration system for Web applications. While creating a Web application you generally provide certain information that defines the behavior of the application. This information is called configuration information.
