What is the differences between PQDN AND FQDN?

Hi I want to know about Fully Qualified Domain Name And Public Qualified Domain Name so please guide me about differences of them.

A fully qualified domain name consists of hostname:mailftp domain:applemicrosoft top level domain:.com.org usually fully qualified domain name consists of these 3 parts.even a dot is appended at end by client dns and server dns even if it is not required by us DNS requires it In partially qualfied domain we dont specify the complete url it does not need dot at the end In partially qualfied domain we wont specify the host part instead we specify the domain part but the DNS supplies the missing part as suffix
