As Santosh said these two are totally two different products. It's like you are asking what is difference between a Tractor and a Car. You can't compare the two. Both can drive you somewhere but purpose is different. SharePoint and SSRS are both software but one is used to manage workflows build application share documents manage Intranet resources and so on. SSRS are just reports based on SQL Server.

SSRS is a server side report generating software. It is mainly used to create reports in different formats Excel PDF CSV XML TIFF (and other image formats) and HTML Web Archive. You can create some report and render it at runtime from server with the values you wanted. Sharepoint- It is used to manage informationtask workflow of an organization.Many users can edit the information(contentfiles) in the sharepoint simultaneouly like how it is done in TFS
