Hi its not console programming.its web programming. i m asking a code which will open a pop up window (when a button pressed) and prompt for user input..and return it input to page control.

Dear If you are using Console programming  use Console.ReadLine( )method. Ex C#.Net string name; Console.Write('Enter name:) name=Console.ReadLine( ) VB.Net Dim name as String Console.Write('Enter name:) name=Console.ReadLine( ) In Windows and Web Programming make the use of TextBoxes to capture inputs.
