What is the Functionality of VisibleChanged event in C# in windows forms ?

As its name suggests the VisibleChanged event fires whenever the visibility of a control changes. This can be from visible to invisible or vice versa. So if you have a VisibleChanged eventhandler for a label (label1 say) then the event will fire and the eventhandler will be called when this line is executed: label1.Visible = false; and again when this line is executed: label1.Visible = true;
