Hello i want to the meaning f publish in case of project. how to run project after publishing the project that is not contain code page.

Both of the words  publish  and  deploy  are fancy words for creating a setup for installing software. The term publish implies to me the process of making the setup but I assume that publish does not include running it anywhere. It is like a book publisher that makes books but the books are read by customers.

If you want deploy your web application into IIS  you need to publish your application. While publishing you web app it will emit the dll and aspx pagesconfig etc which ever is required to run the application.
