what is the purpose of creating virtual directory?
Sir,can you please tell me what is the purpose of creating virtual directory.
If i am developing a mobile phone application in asp.net/c# ,then i will install IIS & create virtual directory both or only Internet Information Service(IIS) is necessary for this.Please reply.
