What is the reason and solution of error below in C++?

When I want to do a project and I click to open C++ console application the error below : No exports were found that match the constraint : contact name Microsoft.visualstudio.project.IProjectservixeaccessor required typeidentity How can i solve this error?

I don't remember ever seeing this error before - possibly because I still use VS 2010 and Windows 7.
