What to learn before to do Programming

Hi all I am having exp in asp.net .. But some of my fri tellling learn from basics.. As i know c c++ is the basic for the programming .. But Somebody telling before u start to develop u need to study some logics and maths like algorithms and all .. Whether anybody have any suggestion means please tell me..??? Thanks.

I recommend understanding basics of logic and math. Before you start any programming course this is what they teach you. But you can also learn this side by side.
