What went wrong when creating a WCF RESTful Service?

So what I did was I followed the follow intstructions: http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/UploadFile/47548d/create-a-wcf-restful-service/ to a tee but when I launched it I am not able to see my employees on the browswer.

Did you made proper hosting settings and configure the endpoints?

Nothing is there in the file you attached it has only a solution file please add alll files and make a zip folder. Close the Visual studio project and then create a zip and attach to the question.
