Although you often read in books that all .NET types ultimately derive from System.Object (or 'object' using its C# alias) this in fact is not true. System.object is a parent class for all .net class to check this create one class make its object and we u write object. in intelligence it will show you methods like Tostring GetType this method we r not defined in our class it will come from object class so we can say every class by default inherit from object class.

System.object is toppest class in dot net every thing is derived from this only class parent {} class child:parent {} but class parent is also invoking as class parent:class object {}
