When user login I can disable the delete button in all forms

Question

In my project I am using user and admin login .During user login how can I disable the delete button in all forms. How can i implement this concept in c# coding. Please give me the exact coding for this question. It's urgent will please help me quickly.But admin can access all the button controls.

create a public static variable and when user logged successfully then set a certain value to that static variable and at form load event check value of that static variable and disable delete button
