when value change in dropdown list table data change

how to bind the values into dropdown list using mvc angularjs & also when value change in drplist the according to that table data also change

mean if i select id 2 immediatly 2 record come sooo

Hello dear am not much sure is this right or Not. as per my understand when you hit the drop down get the value and put a temp variable like you are hit id 10. If you are selected id 10 then should be values display in data table 10 records is that correct. Make a loop and loop run until exceed the id values. I hope is this correct way as per your problem.
