'Parallel Programming with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Step by Step' looks like it's just been published and can be downloaded from Amazon( http://www.amazon.com/Parallel-Programming-Microsoft-Visual-Studio/dp/0735640602 ) if you have a Kindle. However curiously the paperback edition is only about half the price! However 'Microsoft® ASP.NET Internals' isn't currently available from Amazon ( http://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-ASP-NET-Internals/dp/0735626413 ) or (apparently) anywhere else even though it's supposed to have been published last January.
