where i can get projects with source codes?

i m doing my final year B.Tech(Information Techonology)..i want sample projects with source codes. i have to submit my projects in my college..so tell me some website names for getting projects with source codes.........

There are thousands of project with source code available on this site. Go to the site home page select a category in the left side which you are interested in and check out the projects. Understand from these projects and build your own project with your own ideas. Do not take the exact code and submit it ;). That will be cheating but if you decide to cheat any way contact the code author for his/her permission.
