Null Reference Exception while giving image path in c# file

Question

I am stuck with the error while fetching image from folder  I tried many solution but didn't work any . I also delete the Bin folder files and debug forlder files  than also prolem doesn't solve MY c# code : Aspx file : what should I do to fix the above problem ?

try changing this img1.ImageUrl= images\img (1).jpg ; or img1.ImageUrl=@ images\img (1).jpg ;

Instead of using images/img(1).jpg use as Server.MapPath(~/images/img(1).jpg);

@Mamta - did you observe the direct path is it eqivalent to the the one you share in the snippet? There is a possibility the path you are making might not be valid. I suggest to compare the direct path to the one you are setting using C#

While I am not an expert on the subject I suspect that the fact that you are writing the code in Page_Load event the control you are trying to access is not yet loaded at all. Can you not just do a simple null check first? if(img1 != null) img1.ImageUrl = ... The above will confirm whether control is found or not.

@Asma yes its exist . If we directly giving Image path to img in aspx file than its visible and do not throw an error but when I am trying to assigning from c# its shows an error .
