Which company to join. Need advice?

siri am mca 2015 .net fresher.Currently i am getting two jobs in .netfirstly on 10000 per month with two year bond.Secondfirst six month free joining without salary but company is MNC.which company i should choose ?please advise me..

First of all we are not much sure about your financial status. As per your statement you have 2 choices. I highlight some of them here: If you choose a small company: Advantages: Good chance to grow technically. You will get monthly salary Disadvantages: Be careful regarding bond. (Enquire it is possible to break in the middle or not). Lack of communication skills If you choose a MNC: Advantages: Experience the corporate culture from beginning Good Communication skill Disadvantages: No financial support for 6 months (What is your salary after 6 months?) Lack of technical growth compare to small company. The above are my experiences also. I also travel from small to MNC. Now feel smooth. So i would suggest you go with small company than MNC for startup. After got the enough experience you can jump into MNC. Hope this helps!

Hi Vivek Please don't look for MNC company. You join the company which is giving you 10000/- month. You will get more chance to learn more in small company. It will add value to your career.

Heyyy Vivek Shukla Please i am suggest to you please select 10000 salary company reason behind your salary start so your professional experience also start after 1 year not given conpany to 50 % incerment then you left compnay and right now bond don't constrate.
