I want to know by Default, which pattern does the MVC Application follow?

hi, we can also use repository pattern with asp.net application as well as window base application. it is not complasory to use repository pattern with MVC it depend on your type of application and need of application we can use any pattern like dependacy injection pattren, single ton etc... hope this will help you.

Hi Jignesh, Thanks for your reply. I got your point and would go through the link provided by you. As you said MVC itself is a architectural pattern then why we use repository pattern for that? Please forgive me as I don't have any knowledge about Pattern.
